Falomi ("App") is an AI-powered fortune-telling and entertainment application developed by CYT Bilişim ("Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use Falomi.

By downloading or using Falomi, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Name and email address — required to create your account.

• Optional profile photo — if you choose to upload one.

• Fortune photos — coffee cup images and palm images you upload for readings.

• Birth date, birth time, and birth place — used to generate astrological and personalized readings.

• Zodiac sign, gender, and relationship status — used to tailor content to you.

• Fortune and chat history — includes tarot selections, dream texts, chat messages, and past reading results.

• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account.

• Purchase history — we store confirmation of purchases; payment processing is handled by Apple or Google.

• App usage data — features used and session data to improve the App.

We do NOT collect your phone number.

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account.

• Generate personalized AI readings (coffee, tarot, dream, palm, horoscope).

• Maintain reading consistency by referencing your history in prompts.

• Process subscriptions and credit purchases.

• Send essential service communications (not marketing without consent).

• Improve and debug the App.

We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

Falomi uses Anthropic Claude to generate readings. Your data (birth info, fortune photos, reading history) is sent to Anthropic's API solely to produce your reading.

Anthropic does not use data submitted via API to train its models. Your fortune photos and personal details are not retained by Anthropic after your request is processed.

AI readings are generated for entertainment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App:

• AWS — cloud hosting and storage.

• Anthropic — AI reading generation (API only; data not used for training).

• Firebase — user authentication.

• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.

We do NOT share your data with advertising networks. We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT engage in cross-app tracking.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Fortune photos uploaded for readings are stored only for the duration needed to generate and display the reading.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR (EU/EEA), KVKK (Turkey), or applicable local law:

• Right to access — request a copy of your data.

• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.

• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data.

• Right to restriction — limit how we process your data.

• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format.

• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Falomi is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Users between 13 and 17 should obtain parental consent before using the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
