1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Falomi, an AI-powered fortune-telling and entertainment application developed by CYT Bilişim ("Company", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using Falomi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Entertainment Disclaimer
⚠️ Falomi is an entertainment application. Readings are AI-generated for amusement only.
Content provided by Falomi — including coffee cup readings, tarot interpretations, dream analyses, palm readings, horoscopes, and chat responses — is NOT medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Do not make important life decisions based on Falomi content. CYT Bilişim is not liable for any decisions made based on Falomi readings.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Falomi. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Subscriptions
Falomi offers the following subscription plans:
• Weekly: $5.99 per week
• Monthly: $11.99 per month
• Yearly: $59.99 per year
All plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, your chosen subscription begins automatically.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions).
No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current billing period after cancellation.
5. Credits
Credits are in-app currency used for individual detailed AI readings. Available credit packages:
• 3 credits: $2.99
• 10 credits: $7.99
• 25 credits: $14.99
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
1 credit = 1 detailed reading. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited readings without spending credits.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App by automated means.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, features, design, trademarks, and all related materials are owned by CYT Bilişim and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYT Bilişim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Falomi.
We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from readings or content provided by the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees or credits.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
